DINA LIMA (CGP, CGB, CSP, RCS, CAPS) is Founder and President of Living Green Institute, a Texas based education firm specializing in green home staff education and social media marketing training for home industry businesses. Dina is an educator, trainer and blogger. She teaches green building and business management courses at various chapters of the National Association of Home Builders University of Housing. Dina also teaches green building consumer courses at North Lake College. Prior to launching her training business, she founded and operated a successful green home building company in Texas. Before building, she enjoyed a successful career in the IT industry after graduating with honors from the New York Institute of Technology with a Masters in computer science.

Dina develops blogs using WordPress and Joomla. She is the organizer of the Dallas/Fort Worth Green Business Meetup group. Dina has co-authored two white papers for www.GreenBuildingAdvisor.com: Stand Out From the Pack: How to position yourself as an expert eco-builder and Thinning the Herd: How to pick the best eco-builder.
